New York State Standard Operating Procedure Law

In accordance with the New York Assembly Bill A9175 signed into law on April 20, 2022, every prospective homebuyer will be required to provide a pre-approval letter or proof of funds prior to receiving any services from our brokerage.  


  • We DO NOT require a prospective buyer to provide identification


  • We DO NOT require a prospective buyer to sign an Exclusive Right to Represent (aka Exclusive Brokerage Agreement)


  • We DO require a prospective buyer to provide a pre-approval or proof of funds prior to taking them to a property
